Marinade: Soak Chicken in this seasoned buttermilk in refrigeration for 6-8 hours

  • 4 Cups Buttermilk
  • 3 Tablespoons Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
Breading:

  • Seasoned Flour
  • 4 Cups Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
Honey Lavender Sauce: Bring all ingredients up to a boil, then steep until cool

  • 1 Cup Honey
  • 2 Sprigs Fresh Lavender
  • 5 Dashes Tobasco
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
