Peach Cobbler – Recipe of the Month!

In order to make this top dessert recipe, you will need five pounds of sliced peaches, four tablespoons of cinnamon, one cup of cornstarch, one cup of brown sugar and a pinch of salt. For the topping, gather a quarter pound of unsalted butter, one tablespoon of cinnamon and one cup of ap flour.
Once you’ve gathered your ingredients, you’re ready to bake a delicious homemade dessert. For the base, thoroughly mix all of the cobbler’s ingredients and put them into a 5 by 9 greased pan, preferably using cooking spray. Then, for the topping, cut cold butter into small cubes and sift the cubes together with the sugar and flour. Then, blend the cold butter with your hands thoroughly into the flour mixture. The butter will melt only slightly. Next, refrigerate the topping for 30 minutes and crumble over the top of the peach mixture. Bake this for 30 minutes at 425 or until the cobbler is a bubbly golden brown.
