As the summer comes to an end, what better way to celebrate than with a pineapple cocktail for two? This Recipe of the Month at Tullulah’s Restaurant and Bar is a tasty cocktail with just the right amount of pineapple flavor to top off your summer. If you’re interested in making this cocktail for yourself and a friend, here’s what you’ll need:
Included in this recipe for two is 1 oz of light rum, 1 oz of aged rum, 1 oz Myers rum, and 1 oz pineapple rum. Add these rum ingredients alongside 1 oz coconut milk, 11 1/2 oz coconut cream, 1/2 oz lime, 1/2 Demerara Simple Syrup, 1/2 oz pineapple juice, and 1/2 oz Blue Curacao. For some extra kick and flavor, don’t forget to stir in some cinnamon, nutmeg, mint, and rum soaked pineapples.
To make this summery cocktail even more exciting, serve the beverage out of an actual pineapple. Simply cut open a pineapple and carve out some of the fruit. Then, add the mixed cocktail, a straw, and garnish with the mint, lime, and rum soaked pineapple slices. Once you’ve done so, serve up some delicious pineapple cocktails!
